Refund Eligibility
Customers can request a refund within 14-30 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the UK’s Consumer Rights Act.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Personal care products (e.g., perfumes, cosmetics) due to hygiene reasons.
  • Custom-made or personalized items, unless defective.
  • Sale items (optional, you can offer store credit instead).

Refund Process

  • Customers must contact support before returning the item.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Return Shipping

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.
  • If the customer changes their mind, they must pay for return shipping.

Exceptions & Disputes

  • If a product arrives damaged, customers should send photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention: We have a system in place to dispute unfair refund claims.
