Order Tracking

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

• Royal Mail: Will leave a “Something for You” card with collection/redelivery options.
• Evri: Will attempt three deliveries before returning the parcel to us.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

• Contact us if delayed beyond 10 business days.
• Report any damaged items within 48 hours with photos for a replacement/refund.
