Refund Eligibility
Customers can request a refund within 14-30 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the UK’s Consumer Rights Act.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Non-Refundable Items
- Personal care products (e.g., perfumes, cosmetics) due to hygiene reasons.
- Custom-made or personalized items, unless defective.
- Sale items (optional, you can offer store credit instead).
Refund Process
- Customers must contact support before returning the item.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Return Shipping
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.
- If the customer changes their mind, they must pay for return shipping.
Exceptions & Disputes
- If a product arrives damaged, customers should send photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.
- Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention: We have a system in place to dispute unfair refund claims.
